As a dedicated Change Agent and Problem Solver, Eduardo combines his Industrial Engineering foundation with a creative, strategic approach to operational health. Whether optimizing manual workflows or scaling fully automated systems, he applies Lean and DMAIC methodologies to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and expand margins.

With a flawless record navigating global regulatory agencies—including FDA, BSI, MDSAP, COFEPRIS, and ANVISA—Eduardo bridges the gap between complex compliance and peak performance.
